Stamping

GRS stamping department relies on a team of highly skilled technicians. They work at improving processes, validate quality plans and work in close co-operation with the Tools department.

The stamping department provides the following services :

Light stamping
Heavy stamping
Manual load die forging
Progressive die forging
From 5 to 275 tons
Material rectifying and automated feed

The variety of our equipment allows us to produce medium and large volumes.

With its diverse "high-tech" computer operated equipment, our Sheet metal Department is better adapted for producing samples, pre-production and small volumes.
